At Northline Express, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home and hearth purchases. If an item doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all manuals, hardware, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label or your own carrier label to the outside of the box and drop it off at the nearest authorized shipping center.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
